Multimedia: Gary Klein on Team Knowledge
Team learning requires awareness of the need for improvement, says research psychologist Dr. Gary Klein in a video interview with knowledge management expert Patrick Lambe.
Is it possible to help a team learn? Only if the team realizes that it needs to learn, says Klein. “You have to see that you're not as good as you thought that you were, and then you have to try to diagnose what's slowing you down.”
